DesignPick is not responsible for user-submitted content.

5. Voting & Feedback

Votes and comments represent individual opinions, not professional advice.

DesignPick does not guarantee outcomes or business results.

You agree that decisions made based on votes or feedback are your responsibility.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• upload illegal, infringing, or abusive content
• manipulate votes or misuse the platform
• attempt to disrupt or exploit the service

We may remove content or suspend users at our discretion.

7. Test Management

DesignPick allows you to:

• create tests
• pause tests
• close tests

We reserve the right to remove tests or content that violate these terms or pose legal or operational risk.
